Kerry has been actively involved in the formation and
representation of homeowners associations in Eagle, Summit

construction defect matters. In addition to homeowners
associations, Kerry’s practice extends to formation and
interpretation of contracts, real estate transactions, both
commercial and residential, corporate entity formation,
purchase and sale of businesses, employment matters and

Kerry has served on the Eagle County Planning and Zoning
Commission which makes recommendations directly to the Eagle
County Board of County Commissioners from 2003 through 2007

planning, zoning and real estate matters to assist in
shaping the growth and future of Eagle County. During
Kerry’s tenure on the Eagle County Planning and Zoning
Commission, she assisted with the redrafting and adoption of
the Eagle County Master Plan.
